Where it all began
The Story
I’ve always been a memory keeper.
As a graphic designer and photographer, I’ve spent years capturing my life through photos — of our travels, of my children, of all the little in-between moments that often end up meaning the most. Alongside that, I’ve been creating photo books and journals for my own family, filling them with the details I know they’ll one day ask about.
Because it’s the small things, isn’t it? The dates, the stories, the way something felt at the time.
My grandparents — and even my own mum — have always had this incredible ability to remember everything. Every detail, every moment, like a living archive of our family. But life feels different now. Our minds are full, always moving, always holding so much at once… and it’s so easy for those details to slip away.
My grandmother’s experience with dementia deepened that feeling for me. It made me realise just how important it is to capture memories while we can — to have something to hold onto, to come back to, to pass on.
As a designer, I also wanted to create something that felt beautiful and considered — a collection of journals that not only hold memories, but sit together as a timeless set in your home.
So these journals are a reflection of all of that — a place to keep the words, stories, milestones and moments you never want to forget, in a way that feels both meaningful and lasting.
