Processing Time
Each order is carefully packed by hand and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, please allow a little extra time while we prepare your order.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. We also offer free standard shipping on orders over $150.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
NSW: 2–4 business days
Interstate: 3–7 business days

Tracking Your Order
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order has been dispatched so you can follow its journey.
Packaging
We believe the way your journals arrive should feel just as thoughtful as what’s inside them. All orders are wrapped using simple, paper-based packaging — no plastic or shrink wrap. Each journal is protected with care while keeping our packaging minimal and sustainable.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout. We are unable to make changes once your order has been dispatched.
Delays or Lost Parcels
Once your order has been sent, delivery is handled by the postal service and delays can occasionally occur. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please get in touch and we will do our best to help track it down.
